As a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist, I value each person as a unique individual, shaped by their own set of experiences and circumstances. My approach is flexible, I draw from a range of methods to suit your needs, meeting you where you are in your journey.

I am fully accredited with IAHIP and ICP, and my work is grounded in the understanding that our early relationships and life experiences influence how we relate to ourselves and others. In therapy, we’ll explore these dynamics, allowing for new insights and personal growth.

Everyone is welcome to my practice. I have a special interest in our attachment styles and how they impact us as adults, particularly within relationships.
I am currently undertaking a training run by Dr Una McCluskey who is a major contributor to attachment based psychotherapy and research. Along with this I have engaged with small experiential groups based on the McCluskey model which has deepened my own practice.

I utilise elements of psychodynamic theory in my work as I believe our unconscious processes can provide much information about who we are. This is connected to the deep belief I have in human relationships. Our relationship will form the foundation of our time together.

The experience I have gained providing support in the area of women’s health has given me an affinity for working with those who are facing such challenges as infertility, recurring miscarriage, and menopause.

My services are available to adults over the age of 18 on an individual basis.

I offer face-to-face sessions from my practice in Dublin City Centre and online via Zoom.
